This model and image are both amazing, but it appears that the base structure is not a cube as noted, but another cylinder. Does anyone have any explanation for this?

I took this photograph of the Tatlin Tower model that was on public display at the Corcoran Gallery of Art. Unfortunately, the law concerning derivative works and publicity rights is quite complicated. I have no objection to your using the image as a key image for a conference. But with respect to other possible legal issues concerning your use of the image, you'll have to take responsibility for considering them.

If you do use the image, I ask that you share on the Internet something with value comparable to that which you received from this image.

Question:
Who has the copyright for the image of the model of the "tatlin tower" which is usedin the article COB-12: the art of bureaucracy by Douglas Galbi?
Please let me know, I would like to use it as a keyimage for a conference.
