Don&#039;t forget that humans still have a preference for local content, as well. Now we get it via servers located at Google or Microsoft, but it could even better be stored and delivered locally. That&#039;s beyond local caching of &quot;national content,&quot; such as Hollywood movies. That&#039;s local content - like traffic, schoolkid sports, local maps, etc.

Of course, this use of a local network just reinforces your point that a new structure means new opportunities.</description>
